Pure Basics : A beginners class that will move slowly so new students can learn the fundamentals of a power yoga practice. This class is a great place to “start” or refresh your understanding of the practice. Do not hesitate to speak with the instructor if you have questions. Remember to simply breathe & enjoy. Set to an energizing playlist, this basics class strengthens, balances and tones your entire body and mind.
Pure Power Beats : Come as you are! All Levels classes are suitable for beginners, masters and everyone in between. These classes offer modifications so that you can customize your class to fit your specific needs and level of expertise. Set to an energizing playlist, this all levels class strengthens, balances and tones your entire body and mind.
Yang to Yin : A delicious blend of power yoga and yin yoga that takes you deep into a thoroughly relaxed state of being. The first half consists of a typical strength-building vinyasa flow. Half two is about letting go and chilling out on the floor indulging in deep yin poses to help melt away tension.
Class is accompanied by a smooth and soothing soundtrack and the room is lit by candles. This class is the perfect way to end your day.
This practice is perfect for those who want to become aware of the holding patterns within the body, athletes looking to strengthen, stretch, and soothe their muscles, and anyone who wants to leave feeling like they just got a deep tissue massage! Be prepared to blissfully float out of class upon completion!
Level 2 Flow : This class will be an opportunity to explore arm balances, backbends, and inversions not offered in a typical all-levels class. We will be featuring a monthly “Peak Pose” that will be the focus of our classes. We will build these poses from the ground up, giving you time to build the foundations of the pose.
Because we’re challenging ourselves physically and mentally, in order to attend Level 2 Flow, you must practice at PPY at least ten times previously. Please do not let the prerequisite requirements for this class intimidate you. We just ask that you come with an open mind and a playful spirit, ready to learn!
